These Terms govern your use of itineraryticket.com and the purchase of our services.

1) Who we are

2) Our service

We provide travel itinerary / flight reservation confirmations for visa and travel purposes (digital delivery by email). We are not an airline and do not enter into transport contracts. Visa decisions are made solely by consulates/embassies.

3) Ordering & delivery

  • Place an order via our website and pay using the available payment methods.
  • Delivery is by email to the address you provide. Ensure your inbox accepts our messages (booking@itineraryticket.com).
  • You must supply accurate details (names exactly as in passport, dates, route). We may refuse or cancel orders in case of suspected fraud or misuse.

4) Prices, taxes & payments

  • Prices are shown at checkout in the selected currency.
  • Payments are processed by our payment partners. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Any taxes/fees will be displayed before purchase where applicable.

5) Changes & corrections

If you spot an error, contact support promptly with your order number and the exact correction needed. We will issue corrected documents as soon as reasonably possible.

6) Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be confident using our service. You are eligible for a full refund if any of the following applies:

  • Non-delivery: You do not receive the document within 24 hours after successful payment (check Spam/Junk first).
  • Our material error: The document contains a material mistake caused by us and we cannot correct it within 24 hours after you notify us.
  • Doesn’t meet expectations: The reservation does not meet your expectations and you request a refund within 7 days of purchase and before your stated travel date/visa appointment.

How to request: email booking@itineraryticket.com with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method; processing times depend on your bank/payment provider.

Exclusions: abusive or fraudulent claims; requests made after the travel date/appointment has passed; where local law requires otherwise your statutory rights remain unaffected.

7) Right of withdrawal (consumers)

Our service is digital and time-sensitive. If you ask us to begin and we have fully performed, statutory withdrawal rights (where applicable) may not apply. Regardless, our Money-Back Guarantee above remains available under its conditions.

8) Acceptable use

No misuse (e.g., false identities, unlawful purposes, spam). We may suspend service where misuse is suspected.

9) Warranties & liability

  • We provide the service with reasonable skill and care but do not guarantee visa issuance or airline acceptance.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim, except for liability that cannot be limited by law.

11) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.

12) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your purchase.
